Abstract


Succcess entrepreneurship – case study – Valtra Romania. The case of a success business in the field of tractors selling is presented. The paper emphasise the importance of marketing in the development of a rational + successful business plan. There are presented in detail the basic data on the history, concept, actions and results/evolution of the Valtra Romania Company. The study, based on direct interview, offers the opportunity to analyse the key points of the business success: clear definition of vision and objectives, focus on quality, common managerial decisions, continuous improvement of the employees’ qualification, encourage the plury-qualification, etc. In the same time it is underlined the importance of the international & European dimension of the business. Sharing the experience is very important for creating a sustainable business environment and the paper represents a good example for other entrepreneurs and policy makers as well.
